Rooms are guaranteed to be at most $50 if you mention the tournament. However, if you are a member of AAA or other business travel organizations, you can get an even better rate than that, so it is best to first inqure as to the rate before mentioning the tournament. There is an airport shuttle, contact the hotel for details.

Note that the 19 July tournament is during the week of the Dayton international air show, so you would be well advised to make room reservations early.

What ?

Entry fees are as follows:

$25 - '@cost' fee, no prize money can be won; winning the tourney gets you your $25 back.

$50 - In line for prizes.

Save $30 ! Enter all 3 Dayton tournaments for $120 if entry is received postmarked prior to 4/3/97 !

Entries postmarked after 14 days prior to event will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Prize $$ will be distributed as follows:

70/30 for 1st/2nd if the prize pool is $400 or less; 60/20/10/10 for 1st/2nd/3rd/4th for a larger pool. Pool is based on $ collected - expenses (meeting room, cards, dice ,etc.) This info will be made public prior to the start on Saturday morning.
